Cabinet Viewer (cabview) is a shell extension that helps open and extract/copy the files from the Microsoft Cabinet archives (*.cab) without any external program. It is present in Windows Server 2003 SP2, and cabview.dll from there partially works in ReactOS at now (see CORE-14615), so maybe implement it in ReactOS too?
